What happens if I don't receive my order?
In the rare case an order is not received, as per my policy, I must be contacted within 45 days after your order has been marked as shipped in order to determine whether a refund is warranted.
Damages: Damages and loss can happen in transit from shipping. For Insurance claim reasons, You must provide images of the damaged prints AND packaging and it will be up to me if I will reprint the order or refund the cost of the damaged prints. Damage claims and lost packages must be reported to us within 45 days of the ship date so we can work with usps and fedex.
Returned packages are treated as lost or damaged and the client must let us know the package was not received, we do not always get a returned package back right away so it is up to the cleint to contact us about lost returned or stolen packages. This also applies to orders that may be missing a print in the package, we need to know within 45 days of the shipping date.
For international orders it can sometimes take upwards of 3 months to arrive - if you are an international customer, please let us know only AFTER 3 months have passed. The only exception to the 45 day rule is for international orders.

-
How did you become a full time artist?
I started out by doing commissions. I never went to college for art - I just started doing it straight out of highschool. It took me a really long time to built up my following - posting to Facebook groups, sharing my work on multiple platforms, etc. The most important thing was working on my craft everyday. Later on I searched the Internet for places that made prints, stickers, and more. I set-up a website with Storenvy and tried to follow in the footsteps of those I was inspired by. I also vend during the summer months at music festivals.
-
Where do you get your ideas from?
New life experiences, concepts that have been brewing in my mind for weeks at a time, emotions I wish to convey, stories I wish to tell, etc. I then make a Photoshop mock-up to help aid in my creative process.
-
How long have you been painting in watercolors?
About 9 years now.
-
